The Canadian prairies are perhaps best known for their big skies, skies with beautiful sunrises and sunsets and constantly changing cloud formations. At ground level, it appears to be nothing but flat land and never ending fields of grain. But don’t be fooled, the prairie landscape is home to an amazing diversity of plant and animal life forms.
